Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Order Tracking

For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer. CatGlide has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a full refund.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order so we can update it before processing.
