Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition.

How do I start a return?

Are your products safe for cats?

Absolutely. Every product is carefully selected and tested for safety. Our water fountains use BPA-free, food-grade materials. Grooming tools are designed with rounded edges to prevent injury. We only carry products we would use with our own cats.

How often should I replace the water fountain filters?

We recommend replacing filters every 2–4 weeks depending on usage and water quality. Our 6-pack replacement filters provide a convenient 3–6 month supply.

Is the water fountain noisy?

Not at all! Our Automatic Cat Water Fountain operates at under 40 dB — quieter than a whisper. The pump is designed for silent, continuous operation so neither you nor your cat will be disturbed.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placement. After that, the order may already be in processing. Contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
